Profund unterstützt die Durchführung von Gebäudebegehungen und die strukturierte Erfassung von Befunden. Statt mit unübersichtlichen Vorlagen, zeitaufwendiger Nachbearbeitung oder komplizierter Abstimmung mit Drittanbietern zu arbeiten, erfolgt alles in einer App.
Alle relevanten Informationen werden direkt vor Ort erfasst: Fotos, Zustandsbeschreibungen und Anmerkungen. Auf dieser Grundlage erstellt Profund automatisch ein strukturiertes PDF, das dem kantonalen Vorbild entspricht.

Integration into eXpert
Profund has a direct interface to the eXpert application from BK Solution AG . eXpert is one of the established core solutions in the Swiss debt enforcement and bankruptcy system and is used productively by numerous government agencies.
The integration is designed to specifically complement existing workflows in eXpert. Relevant data can be retrieved, further processed, and the PDF uploaded directly back into eXpert. This eliminates media breaks and duplicate data entry.

Profund combines all workflow steps: capturing, photographing, annotating, and exporting. Switching between devices or programs is not necessary.
